With an extensive background spanning over 20 years in the mortgage industry, Mardi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that provide invaluable insights to drive the company’s success and growth.

Mardi’s professional journey began in Credit Unions and later transitioned to renowned Fortune 500 mortgage companies. Prior to co-founding Arcstone Financial, Mardi held principal positions in multiple mortgage companies, further enhancing his industry experience.

Ty de Wale is the Executive Vice President of Operations at Arcstone Financial Wholesale, where his extensive expertise in capital markets shines. With a focus on loan sourcing, Non-QM, agency securitization, and more, Ty manages credit risk, underwriting, and loan servicing with a commitment to excellence. His technical prowess extends to VBA programming, Excel, SQL, and Encompass360 administration, where he optimizes workflows and enhances efficiency.

Anthony Vu is a highly experienced mortgage lending professional with 25+ years in the industry. He developed his passion for the mortgage and real estate industry at an early age while working at his father's office.

With a background in account management and loan processing, Anthony has gained a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage lending process, excelling in loan origination, underwriting, audits, loan purchasing, and post-closing reviews and rebuttals. Anthony thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys collaborating with the sales team to structure loans that exceed expectations.

Kyle Barnes, brings over 20 years of expertise in correspondent lending, loan structuring, and regulatory adherence. He ensures regulatory standards are met while optimizing workflows and leading the wholesale division. Previously, Kyle managed operations at Banrock Financial and owned Billie Davis Escrow of Beverly Hills. His career includes significant roles at Bank of America and ADP, where he achieved President's Club status. Kyle’s leadership and knowledge make him a cornerstone of compliance at Arcstone Financial Wholesale.
